Indirect bonding

Bonding brackets on a laboratory model

Therma-Cure_TC

Therma-Cure

  • Thermosetting – just place for 15 minutes. at 325°.
  • High viscosity paste consistency – no „floating” of brackets.
  • Unlimited working time – allows precise placement of brackets and removal of excess agent.
  • Highly filled composite – provides maximum bond strength with all metal, ceramic and plastic brackets.

5g syringe (TC)

Light-Bond_LBPPF

Light Bond

  • Light-curing adhesive – syringe with fluorine 5g (LBPPF)
  • The consistency of a viscous paste prevents the brackets from „floating”.

Indirect bonding of brackets in the patient’s mouth

Flow-Tain (1)

Flow Tain

  • Light-cured, liquid paste.
  • Using tips, it is easy to apply the material to the bracket bases.
  • Low modulus of elasticity prevents cracking.
  • Highly filled paste – adheres precisely between the bracket base and the tooth surface.

Syringe with tips 1.5g (FT)

Maximum Cure
Fluoride sealant for direct and indirect bonding of brackets and appliances.

Maximum-Cure_Part-A_7G_MC7AF
Maximum-Cure_Part-B_7G_MC7B
  • Self-curing – no curing lamp required.
  • Working time 90 seconds.

There are two possible applications for indirect bonding of brackets:

1) Mix Maximum Cure Parts A and B and apply a thin layer to the enamel of the prepared teeth (etched with Assure Plus applied). Then apply a slightly thicker layer to each bracket base (with Assure Plus applied earlier) – immediately place the transfer with brackets in the patient’s mouth.
OR
2) Apply a moderate layer of Maximum Cure Part A to the bracket base and Part B to the enamel (prepared teeth and bracket bases as in point 1). Proceed to place the transfer tray in the patient’s mouth.

In both cases, hold the transfer tray for 90 seconds and wait 5 minutes before removing the tray from the mouth.

Refrigerated storage required (2-8°C).

Available in 7g (MC7AF, MC7B), 20g (MC20AF, MC20B) and 7g with maximum cure filler (MCF7AF, MCF7B) for longer protection.

Indirect bonding with easy cleaning of excess adhesive.

Excel

Fluoride-releasing chemically cured special adhesive.

Excel-Regular-Part-A_2
Excel-Regular-Part-B_2

Excel is a highly filled adhesive that provides maximum bond strength through a thin layer of the agent. The substance mechanically bonds strongly to all types of metal bracket bases; chemical bonding to plastic can be achieved by using a Plastic Appliance Conditioner.

Excel Standard Paste (Regular) has a thin consistency to allow easy application to the bracket base. The paste, due to its thin consistency, does not impede the fit of the brackets, and its excess is easy to remove. It gives the user enough time (3 minutes) to mix the material (Paste A and Paste B), apply to the bonding surface, place in the patient’s mouth, and remove excess adhesive.
All of these activities can be done at room temperature by mixing equal amounts of the ingredients on paper or a glass plate.
There is no need to use a cooling plate.

Excel Regular A Paste – 6g syringe with fluoride (ERSAF)
Excel Regular B Paste – 6g syringe (ERSB)
