The substance mechanically bonds strongly to the bases of all types of metal brackets; chemical bonding to plastic can be achieved by using Plastic Appliance Conditioner.<\/p><p><strong>Excel Standard Paste (Regular) has a thin consistency<\/strong> to allow easy application to the base of the bracket or pad. Excel bonds directly to etched enamel.
